Standard Building Maintenance was started in 1985 as a commercial cleaning company in Philadelphia. We provide outstanding janitorial cleaning services for a wide range of businesses including property management firms, building owners and facility managers.  We provide individualized services to fit the needs of our clients.  Under the leadership of President Kevin Weller, the company has grown and is now serving the tri-state area.
